Join Marc Cantrell every Thursday at 6:00 PM for a time of fellowship, faith, and connection. Veteran men are invited to gather, share donuts, and dig into God’s Word together. This is a drop-in, drop-out style study—no pressure if you miss a week, just come when you can. Whether you’re looking for community, encouragement, or simply a space to connect with other veterans, you’ll find a seat here.
Saturday November 8 – Piqua, OH


We’re really excited about this one, and we finally have details to share! Our 2nd Veteran Appreciation event will be November 8, 2025.
Operation Veteran and Caregiver Support is proud to partner with the Miami, Darke, and Shelby County Suicide Prevention Coalition to host a Mental Health and Community Resource Fair on Saturday, November 8th.This free event brings together local organizations and community partners who are dedicated to supporting mental health and overall wellbeing. Attendees will have the opportunity to:
- Connect with mental health, veteran, and community service providers
- Learn about local programs and resources for individuals and families
- Pick up educational materials and helpful tools
- Build relationships that strengthen our community
Everyone is welcome — veterans, caregivers, families, and community members alike. Come explore resources, make connections, and take a step toward better mental health together!
After the fair, we’ll gather for a dinner catered by Olive Garden at 5:30. Dinner requires a ticket, just $10, which is refunded at the door. You can get your tickets by clicking here! Following dinner, we will habing a rocking good time at a free concert with Six Miles East! Fronted by a female veteran, Six Miles East is a family-oriented band that brings energy, passion, and fun to every performance. Their music spans a wide range of genres, including country, southern, classic, pop, and rock, appealing to all tastes. Over the years, they’ve shared the stage with well-known artists such as Aaron Tippin, Diamond Rio, Drew Baldridge, Jamie O’Neal, Craig Morgan, Dee Snider of Twisted Sister, Ricochet, James Otto, and more. Next year, they will have the opportunity to open for Whey Jennings, grandson of the legendary Waylon Jennings.
Tuesday December 2 – Piqua, OH

Join us for November’s Muster & Mingle in Piqua! We’ll share a carry-in dinner together, then roll up our sleeves to assemble “Meal in a Bag” kits for our veteran and military family food pantry. It’s a great way to connect, give back, and make a real difference—one bag (and one meal) at a time. Bring a favorite dish to share and a smile to spare!
Saturday December 13 – Tipp City, OH

It’s one of our favorite events of the year! Join us (and a certain someone from up north!) for an afternoon of fun. We will have delicious sweet treats, crafts, games, and plenty of toys to give away. The elves are already busy preparing to make this a wonderful event!
