Cold Temps, Warm Hearts – Muster & Mingle is BACK in Tipp City!
Despite frigid temperatures that lingered across the region, our latest Muster & Mingle was filled with warmth, connection, and community. More than 60 neighbors braved the cold to gather once again—proof that when people need one another, the weather doesn’t stand a chance.
We were especially grateful to be back in Tipp City for the first time since October. It was a joy to reconnect with familiar faces and to welcome back our southern crew, who have been deeply missed these past few months. The room was full of energy, conversation, and laughter, with families and children adding to the sense of togetherness that makes these evenings so special.

Dinner was a comforting chicken cobbler, followed by cookies and ice cream for dessert—simple, hearty food shared among friends. These meals are never just about what’s on the plate, but about the fellowship that happens around the table.

Our evening was made even more memorable by guest speaker Dennis Miller, a local pastor and author who shared stories from his book Happy Trails. Dennis captivated the room with reflections from his life on the road, traveling by motorcycle and collecting moments, lessons, and connections along the way. His stories resonated deeply, reminding us of the power of perseverance, curiosity, and the journeys—both literal and figurative—that shape who we are.

We are incredibly thankful for everyone who attended, helped, cooked, listened, and showed up. Muster & Mingle continues to be a place for veterans where community is built one conversation at a time, and this gathering was a powerful reminder of why that matters.
We look forward to the next time we gather, check out our Upcoming Events page by clicking here to see where you can find us next. Until then, stay warm—and know how grateful we are for each of you.
