A Craft Event for the Gnomies
On Saturday January 25th, we met at the Crooked Handle for our first Craft Co-Op of 2025. We were excited for a new format to go with our new partner. We met in the banquet room at the Crooked Handle Brewing Co in Piqua, and the beautiful space was surrounded by windows and had several rounds tables set up. We enjoyed a delicious brunch buffet with sausage gravy, biscuits, fruit salad, and roasted potatoes.
After brunch and great conversation, we began creating our lighted gnomes. Thanks to our partners at Devoted Health, we had all the supplies we needed to give everyone a choice of striped hat. Conversation and laughter filled the room as Tish walked around, instructing each group individually as they worked at their own pace.
In only 45 minutes, everyone had completed their lighted gnome. We shared the plans for our next Craft Co-Op, a solar lighthouse for the garden.
