New location! Join Marc Cantrell every Thursday at 6:00 PM for a time of fellowship, faith, and connection. Veteran men are invited to gather, share donuts, and dig into God’s Word together. This is a drop-in, drop-out style study—no pressure if you miss a week, just come when you can. Whether you’re looking for community, encouragement, or simply a space to connect with other veterans, you’ll find a seat here.

Join us for a special tropical-themed Muster & Mingle as we bring a little island fun to Ohio. Leave your worries at the door, throw on your favorite Hawaiian shirt, and enjoy an evening of great food, laughter, and fellowship with fellow veterans, caregivers, and their families. There won’t be a formal speaker this month—just good company, plenty of conversation, and a chance to relax and connect with others who understand the military and veteran journey. Whether you come dressed for the islands or just come as you are, we hope you’ll join us for a fun, laid-back evening filled with food, friendship, and community.

Saturday August 1 – Troy, OH

Operation Veteran and Caregiver Support is honored to be hosting the 2026 Rally 4 Heroes Car Show, happening Saturday, August 1, 2026, at the Miami County Fairgrounds in Troy.

The car show runs from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., with vehicle registration from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Awards will be presented at 3:30 p.m. Registration is $10 per vehicle, with dash plaques for the first 50 cars. Award categories include Top 20, Best in Show, and Best Veteran in Show, with additional classes announced the day of the event. A Pin-Up Contest will be held from 2:00–3:00 p.m. (Info: 937-418-3300).

Whether you’re showing a vehicle or just coming out to enjoy the atmosphere, Rally 4 Heroes is a great way to support local veterans and caregivers. Proceeds from the car show benefit Operation Veteran and Caregiver Support, helping us continue to build community, provide resources, and create welcoming spaces for those who have served and those who care for them. Tuesday August 4 – Troy, OH

Whether you’re dreaming of homeownership, thinking about your next move, or simply want to make sure you’re taking full advantage of the benefits you’ve earned, this month’s Muster & Mingle is for you. We’ll be joined by a panel of local professionals who work with veterans every day, including a Realtor, a VA lending specialist, and an insurance professional. Together, they’ll share practical information about the home buying process, VA home loan options, and insurance considerations that can help protect your home, your family, and your future. They’ll also be available to answer your questions in a relaxed, informal setting.

As always, Muster & Mingle is free for veterans, active-duty service members, caregivers, and their families. Enjoy a complimentary dinner, connect with others in the military community, and leave with valuable resources and local contacts you can trust.

New home, same bash. We are so excited for our 2026 Back To School Bash, held with support from Operation Homefront and Dollar Tree. Come and see us to get your kids set to take on the new school year fully prepped.

Friday August 28 – Piqua, OH

Our golf scramble is back for it’s 6th year! Join us for our Annual Golf Scramble on Friday, August 28 at Echo Hill Golf Club. This is a 4-person scramble open to all skill levels—bring a team or we can help you get paired up. Registration is $85 per person and includes cart rental, range time and balls, a swag bag, breakfast to start the day, and a City Barbecue lunch after play. Saturday October 3 – Piqua, OH

Join us for our Annual 5K Run/Walk on Friday, October 3 at Lock 9 Park in Piqua. The race begins at 8:30 AM and is open to participants of all ages and fitness levels, whether you’re running for time or walking with friends and family. The course is along the Great Miami River Registration includes entry into the race and post-race refreshments. Awards will be given to top male and female finishers in each age group.
