Connecting with Miami County Veterans Services

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our recent Muster & Mingle in Tipp City!

We were honored to welcome Keith Kozak from Miami County Veterans Services as our guest speaker. Keith not only shared valuable information about the many resources available to local veterans and their families, but he also generously provided dinner for those in attendance.

Miami County Veterans Services assists veterans with a wide range of needs, including VA benefits claims assistance, benefits counseling, transportation to VA medical appointments, discharge record assistance, and emergency financial assistance for eligible veterans facing difficult circumstances. Their office serves as an important local connection point for veterans seeking guidance, support, and access to earned benefits.

One of the highlights of the evening was the excellent interaction between Keith and our attendees. Veterans and caregivers had the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, and learn more about resources that may be available to them or someone they know. These conversations are exactly what Muster & Mingle is all about—bringing our community together, building connections, and ensuring that veterans and caregivers know they are not alone.
