Santa’s Sweet Shop Extra Sweet This Year
Our 2023 Santa’s Sweet Shop was a huge hit with both our families in attendance and those who were volunteering. We had a table loaded with every kind of cookie you can imagine and the sound of children laughing was the constant soundtrack of the day, behind which you could hear holiday music thanks to the DJ Marrs crew. Shelia and the team from the Tipp Center had the space decorated beautifully and were quick to help us make any last minute adjustments as we were setting up.
We are so grateful to Operation Homefront and the generosity of Dollar Tree shoppers. We had five tables loaded down with goodies for the kids to enjoy and a craft table set up to color, make ornaments, or write a letter to Santa.
Speaking of Santa, we were so excited to have the big man in the house for a few hours, taking pictures and listening to all those Christmas wishes.
